This is how it proceeds when you apply for a position in our company
STEP 1 – Pre-screening interview
After you have sent us your documents, we will meet face to face for the first time. During this video call we get to know each other:
You learn about us, our culture, our values and the role itself.
We love to hear about your unique story and your expectations.
STEP 2 – Hiring Manager Interview
In this conversation, we are moving to a functional and technical level.
Our Hiring Manager will assess your technical skills and ensure your expertise aligns with our needs.
You are invited to ask us anything and to learn more about the company, the team and the role.
STEP 3 – Case Study/Code Challenge
Now you can really show us how it’s done!
We are putting your skills to the test.
You have the opportunity to display your technical know-how and showcase your problem-solving abilities, all the while recognizing the depth of technical knowledge required and the types of challenges you envision in the role.
STEP 4 – Team Interview
We invite you to get to know the team, and they get to understand how you’d be a great addition to the squad. Depending on the role you apply for, this meeting will take place face to face or remotely.
You get to know the people you’d potentially work with and get the chance to assess whether our team’s culture aligns with your own values and expectations.
STEP 5 – Executive Call
Almost there! The final interview is an opportunity to connect with our leadership.
We will assess how you align with the company’s vision and values, ensuring you are the right fit for our bigger picture.
You can explore these facets more in depth and assess if they align with your personal aspirations and principles.
STEP 6 – Offer
That is the point at which we are close to the point where there is only one “we” left: If we both agree it’s a match then this is where we extend a formal offer. Your journey with Qwist officially begins!
STEP 7 – Contract & Pre-Onboarding
Welcome aboard!
You will receive a formal employment contract, and all relevant information and instructions regarding your first day and any initial training or orientation sessions.
