Our interview process is meticulously crafted to be an engaging and mutually beneficial journey, where both sides can confidently explore the potential for a collaborative partnership. Here's a glimpse into each step of our interview process:

STEP 1 - Pre-screening Interview

Informative. This is where you learn about us, our culture and values, and the role itself.
Explorative. It's your chance to share your unique story and expectations. This is also your opportunity to make a good first impression.

STEP 2 - Hiring Manager Interview

Functional/Technical. The Hiring Manager will assess your technical skills and ensure your expertise aligns with our needs. It is your chance to learn more about the company, the team and the role. We encourage you to get a feel for the company to determine if it aligns with your expectations and preferences.

STEP 3 - Case Study/Code Challenge

Putting your skills to the test. You have the opportunity to display your technical know-how and showcase your problem-solving abilities, all the while recognizing the depth of technical knowledge required, and the types of challenges you envision in the role.

STEP 4 - Team Interview

Getting to know the team. In this step, you'll meet the team. As you get to know the people you'd potentially work with, and they get to understand how you'd be a great addition to the squad this is also a chance for you to assess whether our team's culture aligns with your own values and expectations.

STEP 5 - Executive Call

The final interview. An opportunity to connect with our leadership. They'll assess how you align with the company's vision and values, ensuring you're the right fit for our bigger picture. STEP 6 - Offer

STEP 7 - Contract & Pre-onboarding

Welcome aboard. You will receive a formal employment contract, and all the relevant information and instructions regarding your first day, and any initial training or orientation sessions.
